| • Catering services: Meat - Chicken, Ball Tip, Salads, Appetizers

| • Folding tables (10) and chairs (75) transportation to and from the location of the event. These would be needed for a maximum of two days.

• Portable tent awnings (Qty 5) transportation to and from the location of the event. These would be needed for a maximum of two days.

• Plastic ware, plastic/paper plates, bowls, etc. General dinning utensils or supplies for outdoor picnics. Any quantity is needed, any color or size is exceptable.

| • Portable 110Volt generator, transportation to and from the location of the event. These would be needed for a maximum of two days.

| • Electrical extension cords (any length is exceptable.) These do not need to be brand new.
|
| • Office supplies, white and color printing paper, writing pens, colored markers, staplers and staples, clip boards.
|
| • Cash to help pay for food and supplies.
